American Red Cross Lifeguard Training
American Red Cross Lifeguard Training will give you the skills and knowledge needed to prevent and respond to aquatic emergencies. This course includes water rescue skills, First Aid, and CPR PRO. Lifeguarding has many requirements depending on the certification agency, usually including a pre-swim test. Successful participants from this class may be considered for immediate employment opportunities. You must be at least 15 or 16 years old to participate, depending on the certifying agency.
Red Cross Lifeguarding courses have a modern design to reinforce skills that improve learning outcomes in an engaging and accessible way. Upon successful completion of the lifeguarding course, you will receive a Lifeguarding with CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and First Aid certification, which is valid for two years and accepted nationwide.
